In early 1999, T.C.S.D. Inc. (Take Control Self Defense Training Seminars) was formed with the idea that no one should become a victim. With the direction in which our society is headed, it is imperative now more than ever to know how to protect yourself. We have put together 20 self defense seminars from which you or your organization can choose. These courses are nationally recognized and have been proven to work. These courses are proven affective for everyone from law enforcement, bank security, teachers, nurses, students, lawyers, housewives, construction workers, doctors, etc. We also specialize in women’s self defense since the crime of rape is ever too present in our society.

Rape and sexual assault are acts of violence against another person. Ninety-nine percent of women do not know how to protect themselves from these assaults. Our seminars give women a common sense approach to self-defense with simple and proven techniques.

I continually attend and teach seminars throughout the United States. I love to share my knowledge with others as well as continue my own growth as a Martial Artist. Currently, I am the Owner and Chief Instructor at ZenShin Healing and Martial Arts in Tucker, Georgia.
